Swiss Madison Well Made Forever Ivy SM-WT450 Wall Hung Toilet, Glossy White

So I must say for my first ever toilet install this thing came with every piece needed to connect into my existing plumbing which was nice. It’s very sturdy and hold my weight (200 lbs+) no problem and is super firm. It’s a lot of work especially being my first install and be VERY careful installing the toilet itself. You have to cut the toilet connection pieces and if you don’t cut them to the proper length you can bust some of the brackets on the toilet mount itself. You need to be careful not to cut it too short as well as the toilet would then leak/fail when you go to flush. My only real negative is that the flush itself doesn’t always do the best job on your #2’s. It can require an extra flush but I’m very happy with it!

I have in the past done Geberit and Toto wall hung toilet installations. To save some money I went with Swiss Madison this time. I think the construction and installation process are very similar and about equal or on part in terms of what it takes to hook up and get into the wall. Unfortunately when we turned the water on for the first time we realized the float valve assembly was broken. <<Original Post: I hope to work with Swiss Madison to get a replacement part but based on some reviews here - - I'm not optimistic. I will follow up this review when/as Swiss Madison helps me to make this right.>> New Information: WOW did they go above and beyond! I told them about the part being broken and they began to ship me a new parts bag for the fill valve. THEN, due completely to my error, I realized they had my old address and had send the parts there.... so I let them know about this and a day later I had yet another parts bag overnight shipped to my new house. They did not charge me for the second bag of parts even though it was my fault! Incredible customer service. The swap out of the part was Very Easy and took about 4-5 minutes. I suspect that back in the first place the problem was not with their product but rather probably with the shipper knocking things around. It has been installed now since June and it flushes well, doesn't leak, is very quiet, and looks sharp/modern.

Amazing! If you have a great handyman who knows how to install wall hung toilets, this is a great value for money. Flushes great!

You will never get a full flush from this toilet. This toilet is in a powder room and 99% of the time it is only handling urine. The water remains yellow even after 2 flushes. Read the other reviews. I just got off the phone with tech support and was told “our wall hung toilets are gravity fed and don’t siphon, you should flush twice or always use the full flush”. If these people made cars they would tell you “ our cars don’t have brakes, just take your foot off the gas”. The whole design of a duel flush toilet is to be efficient and eco friendly. Telling a customer to always flush twice is unacceptable.

This was a triple winner - I didn't want to clean a traditional toilet, and we had some shallow plumbing pipe clearances to overcome, and we're both short so having an adjustable height in wall framework was great. It doesn't have the traditional seat feel, but you get used to it. But this toilet is super noisy, and splashes on the flush quite badly. So keep this in mind for your installation. Contractor said it was a breeze (he'd never done one before).

Love the way the toilet and bathroom look in our newly renovated bathroom. Not happy with the way the toilet works. I don’t know if it’s the toilet or an issue with the hidden Geberit wall unit. We have been moved in for a month. I though maybe it took a little while to get use to. But a month in and this toilet doesn’t flush well at all. Sometimes even urine and tissue don’t go down on first flush. We have city water and sewer so that’s definitely not the problem. Plus we have owned this house for 12 years with no issues with a regular toilet. This is supposed to be a water saver too. But having to flush 1-2-3 times to get a clear bowl is not conserving water. Not sure what to do or how to even figure out where the issue is. Really like the look and the space saving part of the wall hung toilet in our tiny bathroom. But the flush is horrible. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews. A couple warned of an issue. Just wish I had insight to what the actual issue is. 🤷🏻‍♀️hope this helps someone. Maybe we should have stayed with the same company for the wall hung unit and the toilet?

Don’t buy does not flush well you have to flush 3 times before the toilet paper goes down poorly made all the products cheap

The toilet works well however the flusher gets stuck sometimes and the toilet keeps running
