The great feeling sleeve gives a comfortable grip while making liquids at any temperature easy to enjoy, and the wide mouth makes controlling how much liquid comes out a breeze. Its well thought out dimensions also show that they have a good grasp on what we need when using the product under many different circumstances.Now for the really amazing part:When reaching out to W&P regarding an issue we had with the bottle I braced myself for what I thought would be a long, drawn-out headache of a conversation. I sent an email explaining a problem we had with the bottle. They might have easily have said it was because of something out of their control. They might have claimed that the problem was probably our fault.They claim the bottle can withstand rugged use.W&P backs up their claims with immediate responses to emails and with a "put your money where your mouth is" attitude. They did what one would expect from a top of the line organization. They asked for an explanation of the problem and the details about what happened. Then they said we would be receiving a replacement bottle at NO COST TO US, and followed up with a no-delay shipment as soon as could be possibly be expected. We got a tracking number and received the replacement as promised.I will continue to use W&P products when ever I need something, assuming they make it. I saw some really cool W&P ice trays but I just finished buying some before knowing they make them. I love that it’s glass first of all, second, the silicone wrapping has protected it from many falls. Also it’s super cute! Size honestly it could be a little bigger and the opening makes it hard to clean but overall it’s a good cute option.

I drink most of my water from my bottle, so I wanted glass. I like the bottle, but was disappointed that although it says it is dishwasher safe, it tastes like cheap lemon flavor if I do. The silicone seems to absorb the detergent. So I hand wash. Also, be aware that glass weighs more. I think it's pretty and it's stayed nice after about six months. It's hard to find glass, and I'm happy with my purchase.

I’ve owned a number of different brands and types of glass water bottles since making the switch from plastic around ten years ago, and this one is definitely the most shatter-resistant. I’ve accidentally slammed it into cabinets, walls, and doors on a number of occasions, and have even dropped it a few times, and it’s managed to hold up. With others that I’ve owned, I ended up having to replace them every few months or so because they would break.The bottle also looks nice, is high quality, and so far hasn’t stained or started to degrade. I am happy with my purchase.

Would give 5 STAR but the lids come apart the inner seals wont stay in the lids. Everyone of the 5 that I bought have this problem. Beside that the rest of the bottle is great.

I purchased this bottle last year and it's still holding up well. Own several varieties of water bottles, and this is my favorite. There's no yucky metallic or plastic taste ever. Only use for water. Don't think it would be suitable for hot liquids. Rubber "case" is easy to grip and doesn't sweat. Beautiful bright colors and fun pattern. The "downsides" are that it's heavy (due to the glass), doesn't hold a ton of liquid (have to refill it often), the cap is a little difficult to clean (Would recommend a baby bottle brush to fit through the narrow mouth of the bottle and a wand to clean the inside cap) and that it's overpriced. Although no bottle will ever be perfect, this is pretty close. If it weren't so expensive, I would definitely order more for myself and for gifts.
