This course is fantastic! It is easy to understand. I am so happy with this course! You can read and listen to it at the same time. If you make a mistake it shows you what key to touch and it doesn’t let you go to the next step until you do. this course is great for people that don’t know a lot about computers and Microsoft office. This course is excellent because it also separates everything in chapters and gives you a review after each chapter and recaps everything. I love it and I have recommended it to so many people already! This is one of the best products I have bought here and Amazon thank you so much!

This is a great way to learn computer programs. I have it worked in 12 years and this taught me so much. It was very easy to follow and learn. Love that I can go back when I need to find out how to do something. If you want to learn on your own time and for a lower price this is for you. I have learned so much. Highly recommend this product above any product I have ever bought!

Liked the deep voiced spoken and written instructions. Makes it easier to follow. Windows 10 is a very, very rich program which describes several different ways to do the same thing. I'm a light-duty user so I just need one or two methods. I am now doing the Office 2019 tutorial and have requested further instructions on getting my mouse pointer to the very top, bottom and sides of my screen.

Great value very effective for teaching someone the basics and a little bit more

I'm expanding my Excel and Word knowledge, and that's my most important consideration.Professor Teaches got sloppy on updating this 2019 version. The audio and text will say something like, "there are seven expense items in 2013." I'm sure this was correct in the old version; however, the spreadsheet is dealing with years 2020 through 2022.My other criticism is that the program is hyper-fussy concerning extremely simple actions like holding the mouse down to highlight a sentence. One has start in exactly the right spot--not too high, not too low, not too far right or left-- or it won't work. One time it took me 8 tries before I could get it highlighted properly to continue on with the program. Thank God real Word isn't that fussy.

I have been using Professor Teaches products for several years and I have always found them to be very helpful. I do think the Windows 10 portion of this set is a little too "light"...even for someone as un-tech savvy as I am. I needed more in depth understanding of the differences between Windows 7, which I had been using for the last nine years, and the new Windows 10. The Office Suite is good. I'm sure, however, that I will continue to buy and use Professor Teaches in the future.

A good program to brush up on my Win 10 skills, Excel and Word.
