This is a model and takes time to put together. We should of painted the base pieces before assembling. Lesson learned. But we had fun making it our own. We are going to make our own donut shop sign for it.

Easy and fun to put together
Love putting this building together. Using for childs hot wheels and matchbox vehicles. Though scale states 1/64 might be a different 1/64 scale than the matchbox because seems small. Other than that love this brand was easy and fun to put together. Actually got several of these.
