We really like this gravy for turkey. It’s also good as a brown gravy for beef patties (Salisbury steaks). We like to add sliced mushrooms sometimes too. Tasty gravy.

I want to say this product was a good product and I purchased it mainly because it was organic. I did not give this five stars because it needs just a little more spice to me but that is easily remedied and could just be my palate. I also felt it was easily prepared and did not clump or have any trouble in blending. It thickened very well and I think you could add more liquid if you wanted to use for dipping hoagies in.

It’s hard to find organic and gluten-free items. This one worked great with chicken broth.
