Update, March 2022: I've used this shave gel a *lot* more since I left my initial review and I remain 100% pleased with it. I had a bunch of cans, some of which got lost in a move (or maybe they're in my unfathomable Storage Space of...well, if not Doom, then Dread)...so I just ordered more. I hope Aveeno keeps making this wonderful stuff - and Amazon keeps selling it for a reasonable price - for as long as I'm shaving my head and face. Amazon does sell this for a reasonable price; it's the third-party sellers you've got to watch out for. They're all selling it for more than Amazon is right now. Original review: I've only used this once so far but it went a long way and worked beautifully, all while smelling lovely (and not strong). I had a wee mishap at first because the button was difficult to press the first time, it had some resistance and then popped down all of a sudden, and when it did, the gel shot out of the nozzle at an unexpectedly high angle - it shot upwards, missing my hand and hitting the shower curtain (glad I was doing this in the shower with the curtain pulled or the gel would have wound up on the wall or the floor). But that hurdle overcome, the stuff was lovely. Helps me look forward to shaving. Update: I’ve now used this gel probably 30 times, and I still love it as much as I did the first time. It’s great stuff in every respect. Highly recommended.

leaves skin nice and soft

I've been using this for a little over a year. I have very sensitive dry skin and end up with shave bumps with nearly every product I've ever used, except this. Shaving is easy, the razor glides right over my skin and no nics or cuts. The cream is thick and moisturizing too. Works great on underarms with no itchy backlash the next day.

This products, which I have been using for years, outshines every other shaving soap/gel product I have ever used. It is gentle, absorbs and softens my beard quickly, and enables me to shave closely without razor bumps, irritations, or other skin discomfort. Unquestionably, the best product, and the best value for money!

I buy this for my husband. He has sensitive skin and I have a problem with the strong fragrances with most shave gels. This is perfect for both of us. It's hard to find unscented products all the time, I find what I need once, but when we need it again, it's not available. When hubby told me he was almost out, I couldn't find it at the store, so I searched and found a multi pack and figured I'd buy here, great since I hate to shop anyway and he did say he loved this gel. I'm glad I could find something that likes and works for him.
