Spicy with subtle sweetness. Great for pasta and stir fry. If you want more heat simply add more hot sauce of your choice as I often do. They complement each other well.

Really good just the right amount sweet to heat. If you like really spicy this is not for you but if you like a sweet with some spicy, then like me, it right up your alley. I thought the spice worked well with the sauce but as a stand alone it needs a little more, but it is a nice flavor on my wings.

I received my Cajun sunshine and had the opportunity to season my dinner tonight. However, after opening the bottle, the liquid poured out without a plastic spout. Upon investigation, it was found that all the newly received bottles lacked plastic pouring spout inserts. Fortunately, we had two bottles from our previous. Cajun Sunshine order. Cajun Sunshine is still a great hot sauce seasoning.
