This is my second bottle. It really helped mellow me out a bit. I can take this during the day at work to ease my mind and not worry or feel sedated or high. It also helps with getting on a decent sleep pattern too.

Although it worked good for me for a while I eventually switched over to using magnesium which has worked so much better but I will say for the amount in the price. It is a steel of a deal. I do love this brand as well I did not have any side effects with the supplement. It did give me a focus and a calming effect which is nice but overtime I felt that it was not as effective, but since taking magnesium for a month straight, it has not Caused any lessening effect like the gabba did

This was a purchase prompted by my therapist. Due to work and the fact that every business is understaffed and overworked right now, in addition to my own many mental health problems, she recommended me to try this to help with anxiety. So, I did. And whew. It will affect everyone differently, I'm sure, but here's my experience. I'm already a Gemini so my mind has always moved at the speed of light. I always have some thought or multiple things going on in my head all the flipping time. This supplement... whew, this supplement took my brain from a four lane highway on both sides and completely knocked me down to just one lane on either side. It was... horrible. I was not prepared for that, and that was not even the full dose. I took 2/3rds maybe of the capsule. My anxious feelings, however, were wiped out. But...everything was wiped out along with it. My ability to daydream, all those thoughts in my head... gone!! It was crazy. It was like I didn't care about anything. I could still function just fine. I could drive, do my job, get groceries, etc, but it was SO different. Never in my life did I ever experience this kind of 'brain silence'. I'm not giving this a bad review because really, it did it's job...? Lol. But needless to say I tried even lower doses over the next several days because the brain fog was just way too intense. Eventually I found a very very very low dose works for me, and takes that edge off my anxiety without leaving me feeling like I care about nothing and have no background thoughts. But, I stopped taking this. I will only take it now if I know the day is going to stress me out. (And even at a low dose, for me, it still works within the hour.) So again...I'm just taking it as I need it right now. Hope that helps! Even if something doesn't quite work for you, I'm still glad I tried it and learned something.
