somfy Telis 1 Chronis RTS Pure Remote, 1-Channel (1805237)

Very hard to program and this morning it didn't raise the blind as it was supposed to. When using it manually you usually have to tell it twice. I would like to be able to operate my blinds from my iPhone.

Although the cost of such a small device is expensive, the timer part does do its job well so that we don't have to worry if we forget to have the shade down or up every day. It is also a home security enhancement particularly when we are out of town on vacation.

I bought this to control Somfy shade opener. Zero connectivity. Worthless. Save your money.

Works great. Easy to program. We have 6 roller shades and this let me setup each one and then groups such as North facing, South Facing, and All on this single controller. There is also one with a timer but for only one shade or group. This one would have really been great and 5 star if a timer was also included.

Overall, I thought this products was okay. It functions like a normal remote, and the timer function is nice but limited. It would be better if you could program more up/down cycles, and if you could program it to send a "my" command (you can only program all the way up or all the way down). The biggest failing for me, though, and the reason I returned mine is that it can't be paired with a shade unless you have another standard SOMFY remote. I had purchased this (rather expensive) remote thinking it was the only remote I would need. Adding in the price of purchasing another remote made it a bad deal, in my opinion. Instead, I opted for buying the (required) regular remote and the MyLink system. Not much more expensive and FAR more functional.

Easy to program and to pair with current RTS remote.Make sure to place it from the intended appliance to control, as described in the instructions manual. Sleek and simple.
