Great soap
I can’t use this everyday because I personally don’t like the ‘squeaky clean’ feel. I’m not a lotion person so if you are, that would remedy that feeling. There is no scent which is nice. I had no idea this type of soap would get me so clean. I use this soap when I’m feeling extra grimy or my skin is feeling sensitive. I’ve had zero issues with my body or face.I did test this as a hair soap too. It cleaned my hair fine but left that weird squeaky clean texture. I’d use a leave in if you do that because it feels like it dried it out some. I have very fine, thin hair that’s cut very short.I would but this again, no problem. I feel comfortable using this between my legs to clean and prefer it over using g body washed or anything with fragrance.

Silky, Moisturizing Soap
This soap is so moisturizing and silky feeling. It smells like all natural olive oil soap bars do, and I kinda like that—a natural, clean, slightly herbaceous, kinda earthy scent. It's not overpowering though and doesn't linger noticeably after rinsing. Just leaves your skin feeling moisturized, with no film or greasy feeling left behind. There is a bigger version of the bar (8.8oz vs. this one at 4.4oz), which I prefer as the thick ones tend not to melt in the shower/soap dish environment, but always take castile soaps out of packaging and store them open to the air for as long as possible before use (2-3 weeks is best). This "cures" them and makes them last longer in a wet environment. It cleanses well, is very moisturizing, a decent price comparitively, and doesn't disintegrate the way lower quality castile soaps can.I saw a couple reviews stating that this soap.. burned their skin or had some extremely drying effect? I can only assume they received a knockoff product seller with a tainted product pretending to sell Papoutsanis (unfortunately still happens on here; always check your sellers) or maybe have a previously unknown allergy to olives/olive oil. The soap only contains olive oil, water, salt and citric acid and absolutely felt like those were the only ingredients to me.

Pure Castile
Usually get this at the Greek Gourmet store but am no longer in that neighborhood. Glad I found this here. Awesome soap. Pure. No fragrance. Lathers like crazy.

Love love love this Greek soap
I ran out of my olive oil soap and my skin felt it. As soon as I opened this, I could smell the quality of it. It makes my skin super soft and silky. Love how clean and moisturizing it is. My go to soap

Good product, bad listing.
I ordinarily would give this product a 5/5 but the listing is incorrect. While it is true that it is a 125 gram bar, the listing says it's 13.23 ounces but that's way off. 125g = only 4.4 ounces.

Great for painful, chapped hands!
Olive oil makes hard bars of soap that last for ages. It's great for you if you have very dry skin. The scent is---to me--almost nonexistent, and it healed my hands completley within a matter of a few days. Previously, I had been using a shea butter soap that, probably because of some ingredient, was killing my hands. Olive oil soap leaves a slight coating of oil on your skin after you rinse. To be frank, there were a couple of orange spots on the bar, so their quality control isn't perfect, but it's still a great everyday soap at a decent price, and I'll certainly buy it again.

Not moisterizing
So I love that this soap is an olive oil soap, I use a lot of Mediterranean and indian soaps, so the smell doesn't bother me, it smelled like a shoe box with some other form of odor that i have forgotten, the lather wasn't as sudsy as wanted it, which I expected, because that was the one thing in the reviews everyone seemed to agree with, but to get to the juicy part, this soap was not at all moisturizing, I don't know what people are talking about, perhaps they are comparing it against something, maybe because they love the idea of the soap, but it left my skin feeling squeaking clean and a bit tight, now what I will give it, is that even though my skin felt squeaky clean, there was this in between texture to my skin almost as if, like drying but I'm doing my best to leave you with something, maybe a tiny bit of the olive oil,but still very drying, and I am comparing the moisture that I feel a soap should leave you with,to caress and Amish farms soap
