Wil it power a truckcabin diesel heater Eberspacher heater.

If the heater is less than 300W (not very likely!) then it will power it. I suggest you talk to a DIY retailer.

Does this run at over 50°C for anyone else? I’m only drawing 6a from it.

I run approximate 10 metres of LED RGB on this power supply with no over heating issues. Ensure unit is not installed in closed environment and has plenty of ventilation. Some projects I've seen have installed a small cooling fan to draw air over warm components.
