This is a great charger BUT know this, it is for only one charge and I have a brand new XS Max Pro iPhone with about 10-15% brightness level. When I have used it multiple times I was playing a game and I used the whole charge it had but it did get me through the entire day without plugging into the wall.Another thing, if you do use this like normal example screen not on all day long and playing games it will last more than one day if you phone is more idle than screen is on or you are just using it like a normal person or for business. I can get about 2-3 days on it based on brightness, amount of talking on the phone and screen actually on and or using it as a Hot Spot. This does work great though and it does it's job.

The unit itself seemed to be a good buy with having the capability to charge from multiple ports as well as wireless charging.After initially charging it and trying it out, I somewhat regretted my purchase. It is PAINFULLY slow to charge the bank itself, but thought since it's a higher capacity bank that it may just be the nature of the beast, however I was completely wrong. After fully charging, I tried testing it's charging power via cord as well as the wireless feature. It didn't matter what charge feature I used, it was extremely slow to charge my Galaxy S8+ cell. Not only was it slow to charge my phone, but after charging from 18% to 100%, the power bank only had a 22% charge left. There is no way I would be able to charge my phone a second time, so I do not think this bank is actually a 30000mAh battery. There are other batteries that take a charge faster, charge your devices faster, are smaller, and have a higher power capacity to charge devices multiple times before needing to be charged.I decided to keep it since it did work, and the wireless feature was convenient. I only used it a few times, less than a dozen in the span of about 4 months, and then the unit itself stopped taking a charge. I reached out to the seller with an email on 5/23/2020 asking about acquiring a replacement under their 1 year warranty. I did not receive a response, so I sent a follow up email on 6/6. I received a response from the seller on 6/8/2020 that they would send me a replacement but needed to confirm my address, which I also did on 6/8. The power bank had not been delivered and I never received a tracking number, so I sent an email 6/20 asking for a tracking number. I didn't receive a response, so I sent another email on 6/29/2020 asking for a tracking number. Today is 7/7/2020, and I STILL have not received an email response, a tracking number, nor has the replacement been delivered.I will absolutely never buy anything from this company, and would recommend buyers to shop elsewhere.

I liked the no slip surface. Would like the charge time reduced a little of possible and the thickness.However, best value for the price.I recommend this unite.

The output power is capped to 1.25 amps and it charges at 1 amp. Even though the screen says 2.1 amps out it is not accurate. However the battery is accurate as far as capacity. The main complaint I had was the build quality being subpar for the price.

Like it for power outages here in California. Keeps the cellphones charged up in emergencies

It is a very good product. It has 2 ports for charging multiple products. It has a display that tells you the battery life amount. I would recommend this charger to anybody.
