i opened the box the package was damaged, ink exploded.

Toner reçu dans un sachet plastic renforcé déposé dans un carton brun lambda ... cartouche ouverte (même si dans l'emballage d'origine HP, il n'y a pas de bande de scellé dessus) donc impossible de réellement savoir si elle était réellement pleine.Acheté pour la revente, donc, vu le packaging impossible à revendre en tant qu'original "neuf". Pourtant tout dans la description du produit du vendeur y fait penser.Retour du produit, évidement; plus de 20€ pour l'envoi, youhou ... le remboursement est correctement effectué par le vendre avec une participation de sa part de 1€ pour les frais d'envoi ... bref, j'ai perdu 19€ dans la transaction.Les prix sont trop compétitif pour être crédible; produit original, peut-être, mais dans quel état ...Pour un usage privé et personnel ça aurait été.Conclusion: achat pour soi, ok - achat pour fourniture clients, pas ok.

this is a common scam to refill toners, clean them and put it back in a sealed plastic bag (easy). it is less easy to close the carton box so they always find a story to explain why the box is open.Anyway, I will not use this and ask for refund. a refilled toner worth EUR50, not 200.
