We just purchased a building with a poorly setup garage door. The hinges were broke thanks to someone backing into it. These 2 hinges were a perfect replacement for the. Just removed the 4 mounting screws and replaced. All working good, and it sturdied up the door. Yaay!

Seems great! The only downside is that it didn’t come with the bolts, so have to have those or buy separate

I used to install this type of garage door. And these hinges are perfect. I read a couple other reviews and someone said something about the holes not lining up with the old hinge. I don't know if they understood when these doors are being installed there are no pre-drill holes for the hinges. The screws that are being used are self tapping screws. That means you have to drill your own hole with the screw. So if you replacing your old hinges with these hinges they might not line up perfectly. That means you need to put a new hole. Using the existing screws which are self tapping you will be able to make a new hole. And try not to be stupid and put your new hole right on top of the old hole. That's just going to make it too big and it won't work. There are different holes on the hinges you can utilize. Don't be afraid to put it there cuz they will hold just as well. In fact the more mounting spots you could put the more secure the hands would be. It's just sheet metal it doesn't take anything at all to secure the hinge to it. Five stars across the board!

We had a bracket on our garage door snap rendering the door useless until getting it replaced. After waiting for my husband to have time to get one from the local hardware store I got tired of not having use of the garage door and just ordered this from Amazon. I went ahead and installed myself as it was extremely easy - I used an impact driver to pop the broken pieces of the old one off, then just used how the old one was oriented on the door to screw this one in. The holes didn't 100% line up so I did have to fine tune what order I screwed everything in (I ended up going bottom to top to get it to set into the existing holes fairly well). Great piece of hardware with an easy install!

Great product

I have two 1970's garage doors, they have seen better days. Been hit many times when removing snow and they didn't really like to open up when you wanted them to. Bought a bunch of hinges and installed them.I dinged this two stars for installation, but that is because my door edges are narrow (1.5in), and I had to put in metal plates in the corners, to attach these hinges to. That took a lot of time.If you have a more modern garage door you might not have this issue.

I needed a couple extra hinges because I had ran into my garage door and it wasn't perfectly closing added a few of these and bang solved the problem.

Showed up very quickly and great fit finish. Will buy again to replace other rollup door hinges if they break.
