Pros:It fit my 2017 SantaFe (Non-sport) just right. Instructions come with the product. Keys help to keep them rails safely on the vehicle. Hardware seems well made and sturdy.Cons:The plastic material that covers the hardware seems cheap and is difficult to re-install. There are no guides, you have to play around with the positioning before you can get the plastic covers back on. The fit wasn’t perfect, luckily the width is adjustable, however the plastic is difficult to move back and forth to loosen/tighten adjustment screws.Tip:Loosen up the length adjustment bolts before installing them on the vehicle. This will make it easier to slide the rack arms out for the perfect fit. Once the arms are installed into the groves and tighten down, don’t forget to tighten the adjustments screws back down.

I find that it should be grooved better on the outside of the rubber. It doesn't mold correctly to the rolled, overhanging lip on the rail. Perhaps, if heated and over time a groove can be made in the rubber to really secure it to the car. Slight wind noise.

Very easy to install and sturdy... when you tighten crossbar against rails, just make sure to let it adjust and rise as you tighten the hex. Make sure you tighten it good and you should be good to go! Enjoy it like we’ve been with 12ft tandem kayak

I found this easy to install with clear directions. Just have a step stool or small ladder so you can so you can reach the adjusting screws on top if you need to adjust the length. It's been on my 2019 Santa Fe for a month now with a cargo carrier on it and it is still steady and stable as you would want it to be,

Installed product per directions. While driving down the road, they are very noisy. A car wash knocked it off my roof and dented my car. I will be purchasing the manufacturers racks next time

The company was very responsive to answer questions before we purchased. Received the product over two weeks earlier than published delivery date. Product seems very sturdy and installed very easily with a nice secure fit. We look forward to using it for our vacation in the next couple weeks.

After figuring out that they were adjustable, installed and ready to go! Seem to be good quality and works on my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe!

Product was easy to install but difficult to move around and adjust because you have to use a allen wrench to unloosen and move around. Also product moves when under pressure when using tie down straps.
