Battery was already inserted and I am unable to charge when the charging cable is inserted.....and the pen comes out when the cable is inserted

I found the product very easy to use. I was apprehensive reg using it that shape might distort or it might hurt but nothing like that. I could trim my eyebrows in decent shape and didnt hurt at all.

This is a pathetic product. Though it looks sleek but does no good. Whenever I'm trying to open the thing, the lower part is coming out first. It doesn't pluck your hair, it just cut it just like a razor. Infact it doesn't clean the hair properly as well. The hair came back in 2 days, and this time hair is thicker. All my money went into vein and what I get is a thicker hair regrowth. This is a totally useless product and I'm utterly disappointed. I wish I could get my.money back.

Its an awesome product i must say. I received it today itself n used it.... its such a situation in lockdown period that females can’t go for threading of their eyebrows... n i am such that j won’t prefer go to salons even when they r opened as its the most common place as far as corona contamination is concerned.... so i ordered this product n its such a relief after using it... now m safe at my home 😋👍

I just received this, and wish I had ordered one years ago. My sight isn’t great, so I’ve spent a lot of money on eyebrow waxing. Once I put my contacts in, I was able to use this trimmer easily and effectively. It will pay for itself after 2 uses!

I bought it for my wife. High quality hair remover and trimmer. Very easy to use and pain free hair removal. Comes with cute bag, tweezers and a bag which can be used to keep your cosmetics. Budget friendly, would definitely recommend it to my friends. Must buy!

When it worked it worked well. Since it’s been broken I’ve been trying to get a replacement but have been unable to. I’m very disappointed.

This arrived quickly and in great condition. It even had enough charge to use right away. It is easy to use and the light inside it makes it easier to see little hairs.I would purchase it again over the previous brand I bought at the store. It’s much better because of the ability to recharge and because of the two different size heads.
