Great quality mahjong set. The tiles have a great look and weight to them. All packs away nicely into a compact case. Definitely would recommend for old and new players alike.

This is a beautifully presented and well made set. It includes ribbon and thin packing paper. It would be perfect for a gift. It is very good quality and you would be hard pressed to find anything this beautiful for this price. I carried out a lot of research before I bought this item, as I was spending a lot of money on "a game"! It includes everything you would need to play the traditional game including: wind counters, racks, tiles, dice, betting sticks, instructions and individual boxes in which to store the tiles. The tiles are a bit bigger than I was expecting, but I am used to playing with a very old set. I can't get past the back of the tiles being plain, though - I keep thinking they are all white dragons! Please note: the rack lengths and instructions rely on using 17 tiles in the wall, not 18. Upon investigation, I learned that this is where some players do not use the flowers and seasons. We do use them, so the racks are one tile short for our game. Not a show-stopper, but just a bit annoying when building and moving the walls. The racks are more than long enough for your 13 tiles. This is the second time I have purchased a "Jaques of London" game and both times the product has been amazing, and the wrapping "the icing on the cake"!

Really lovely, quality set, except white dragons are missing (or supposed "extra" white tiles are them). Unfortunately, the instructions were not good (I think they may not have been updated for a very long time as at one point there is a chart which includes pounds, shillings and pence)! I think this woud make a lovely gift for someone who already knows how to play. Meantime, I am trolling the internet to get a clue.

First of all, this is wrapped and presented excellently. And even has the name of the person who hand wrapped it. The mahjong itself is of good quality and size. You get practically everything you need to play this awesome game. Comes with instructions. This oozes quality and style. Totally recommend.

An anniversary gift for my husband. It arrived beautifully packaged. The product itself was of very high quality and came in a beautiful case. We have throughly enjoyed using this product which has brought a lot of joy and fun. Excellent value for money.

This is a beautiful set, I was worried it wasn't going to be worth the money as it was a gift for my autistic son ( 27) but it was worth every penny, it is beautifully made and presented, it can in a beautiful box with a case inside which is lined with a soft material, the tiles themselves are thick and heavy and so beautiful to play with. If you are wanting to buy a mahjong set I would seriously recommend this one it will last a lifetime.

Excellent set, high quality, highly recommend

This could have been so much better. Poor quality case and racks let it down. Racks look like they were glued together by children and are fairly unusable. For this price bracket I expected much more. Disappointed. Recommend looking elsewhere.

Les réglettes ont un angle droit, ce qui rend difficile la visibilité des tuiles. Du coup, personne veut les utiliser. Et la qualité des réglettes est mauvaise. On dirait qu'elles sont rafistolées. Le matériau utilisé se décolle. C'est dommage car le reste semble de bonne qualité. Le prix est attractif. Les tuiles sont jolies et de bonne taille. La mallette est très pratique. Je recommande tout de même le produit vu le prix mais il faut prévoir de racheter des réglettes.
