Complete waste of money
According to the instructions if your hair is longer than 5" to start with you basically have to get a haircut before you can use this to cut your hair (what's the point then?).Device is basically as useful as a dishwasher , just not worth the money or time.

Doesn't work
I was excited for the arrival of this item. Unboxed it, had the missus plug it up and try it out on me. Very disappointed, hardly any suction, a total miss. Directions advised of clean hair and with conditioner, no dice still. I think it may work on a toddler with wispy fine hair.

This thing is useless for cutting hair!
The product is a piece of worthless junk. It not only does a very poor job pulling the hair up into it even if the hair is light and not curly, but what it does do if some hair is pulled into it, It simply does not cut hair at all. It does a good job of pulling hair out when withdrawn or turned off. Save your money and go buy a Flo Bee. This thing is useless for cutting hair, even fine straight hair like mine. The blades stop moving quite often if you look into the cutting end you will see the blades often quit moving. Sometimes a tap on the side will get them moving again, but that doesn't matter anyway since it still won't cut hair at all. Not a single hair was cut by this thing and that was tried on 4 people, all with different hair types. I am not exadurating... Not one single hair was ever found in the collector.

Hubcap says I was really disapointed at this one. Seeing there were more positive reviews than negative I ordered one. When I received it it would not cut hair, the cutter mechanism did not function properly.I returned it. The one star is for the vender.the delivery was far ahead of time and the return policy was what Amazon advised. I think there was some kind of mix up in the shipping room, the packaging suggested this was a preveously returned unit because the adapter bags were not taped closed and the wire on the transformer electrical supply did not have the usual wire keeper around it, also the manufacturers box was taped closed roughly with clear tape. My opinion: This unit is a little over priced.

does not do anything but noise
This thing does not cut hair. It does not do anything that they advertised. I would give it a prize for the most unuseful thing you could ever buy :))- you cannot use it for anything. Only for waking up the neighbors :).

By the time we received the replacement after the first one broke the second one broke and the return period was up. The two units we received did not work!
