Q: Are they low in carb ?

Malitol is not the best sugar alcohol out there--part if it can be metabolized by the body, unlike xylitol and erythritol. It can also cause "disaster pants" in some individuals, as the level of digestive discomfort is usually quite high. ONE lollipop is prob not an issue, but 3 or 4 or more may be too much. I would personally count these as 2.5 net carbs, for our own tracking purposes.

Q: I just want to verify they do not have any soy

I did not see soy in the ingredients. Isomalt syrup, Erythrital, Xylitol ,citric acid ,natural flavors, beetroot juice, Stevia ,tumeric, grape extract, annatto extract (orange color) and color added. They really do taste like this fruit they are supposed to taste like. They don't taste like fake strawberry or fake oranges.
