Read the instructions ! Great gun.
This looks like a real handgun and its powerful enough to be dangerous. Not a kids toy without supervision. For those who have had co2 leak problems, try reading the instructions. You need to put some pellgun oil on tip of each co2 canister before piercing, that lubes gun and creates a better seal. This is a great pellet handgun for $50, yeah it does have some plastic, but not in the important areas. If your looking for accuracy then don't shoot bb's, they destroy the barrels rifling. This handgun is not designed for long range shooting, 10-50feet its very accurate. I seen numerous reviews talking about it not being accurate "Wrong" Airguns are very picky about which pellet they like and each gun even the same exact gun can like a different pellet. .177 pellets come in different sizes and weights IE: standard is 4.5mm I found my gun liked the 4.51 mm H&N 8.64 gr and it did not like the Crossman pellets at all. Mine was chronographed (speed tested) at 461 FPS that was the average of 4 full clips being shot. Thats a higher FPS than advertised and thats because I found the right pellet. This is a single action (best accuracy) or double action revolver, its not semi-automatic as I seen mentioned nor does it have blowback. Sights are good, but add a long eye relief pistol scope or red dot and you will be impressed. I have been testing to see how long I could leave a full co2 cartridge in before it all leaked out (don't advise this, just a test) I am on day 4 without any leakage. When you load your c02 cartridges make sure to line them up square and don't force them. The holster is awesome, I am surprised how nice this whole package is for the price. Well done Amazon and Crossman. Hope y'all enjoy yours.

Great Air Pistol - Great For Target Praticing
Crosman made a real nice air pistol! I love this air pistol because it shoots pellets AND BBs. I bought extra 10 round pellet magazines and 6 round BBs magazines - I would recommend you doing - helps save time for reloading. I also purchase a Bushnell 1x32mm TRS-32 5 MOA Red Dot Sight with Mount & Flip Cap Covers this scope works great with my Crosman Vigilante. I zero in my scope and now every shot I take is on target. So far my farthest shot has been 40 yards with a full C20 tank. The pellets - of course shoots faster than the BBs - but I have great time practice target shooting the BBs on empty coke cans and plastic bottles. Its just simple fun and good for practicing target shooting. Once you get real good at it you can then either buy a more power air pistol or rifle - or get your gun license for a real pistol. I would strongly recommend this air pistol for those who want to either have fun or seriously want to improve their target praticing. Thanks CROSMAN - excellent air pistol!!!!

The good: For the price
The good:For the price, this is certainly a nice little pellet/BB pistol. It feels well-made for the most part, and it's nice to be able to keep extra rotary clips in your pocket (or otherwise) for when you're getting in some target practice. I really appreciate the fact that it came with a holster and extra clips, and best of all, it's pretty accurate as far as the sights are concerned. The not-so-good:The handle, which the Co2 is housed in, feels a bit loose sometimes. It's made of plastic, and honestly, I'm not sure how long it will hold up. Maybe it will surprise me, but even so, I don't like the feel the handle. Also, using Co2 can get kind of annoying. A canister doesn't seem to last long enough, and besides pellets/BBs, it's just another thing to have to buy in order to operate the gun. I'm glad they're fairly cheap--that's definitely a plus. If you go with this gun, or any gun that requires Co2, trust me: buy extra. The verdict:For the price, I certainly recommend this air pistol for target practice. It doesn't have the power to be useful for anything else (hunting, protection), but with a fresh can of Co2, it fires with enough power to make target shooting pretty fun. So, thumbs up!
