The media could not be loaded. When it comes to this chandelier, I would say it’s a beautiful piece and worth every penny. The install was flawless and every piece came intact with no damages. It’s presence definitely adds a modern flair to a room and it’s perfect for our dining area. The lightbulbs are daylight so that won’t be that of the yellowish hue. They are BRIGHT in my opinion and it definitely lights up a room. The light intensity is perfect for regular family dinners, but a less intense bulb, is required for the more intimate scenery. I’d need a dimmer and dimmable bulbs, which I have no issue with. I contacted the seller right away, and they answered me in a more than timely manner. They directed me to the bulbs and I will order them soon. There is nothing I regret about my purchase and I have found no flaw with the chandelier. I give it 5 Stars.

The fixture was delivered in short time, and has cool design BUT has so many problems. The glass globes are very cheaply made that they are not securely attached to the ring that screws them to the fixture, and one of them was smaller than the ring I had to glue it. I imagine it will be very hard to get them off. Second, I got two different colors for LED bulbs and they buzzed really loud, I gave it a shot and replaced all the bulbs so that they are uniform color and they didn’t buzz, but I paid $50 for the bulbs. Don’t recommend this product, spend a little more money and buy a better quality one

The fixture itself is lovely. My husband (an electrician) felt like it was a quality piece. My problem, however, is with the included bulbs and the dimming functionality. The fixture takes a special bulb, not impossible to find, but certainly not as easy as most...and you need 16 of them, and they aren’t cheap. The included bulbs are dismal. They are so dim and the color is so unattractive (and there is distinct differences in color between bulbs we received), it feels like a sad hospital in here. I can dim them only about 1/3 of the way down my dimmer switch and then they shut off completely. Really disappointed that I need to find 16 new decent lightbulbs after I just paid so much for a fixture that included them.

This light is gorgeous. The pictures make it look bigger I feel like, so we asked for another rod to make it hang lower and the seller was great and sent another rod I think it will help the fixure look bigger because it will hang lower. I saw similar fixtures selling for $500+ so this price is amazing and the quality is great!!

Had a hard time installing. Perhaps it was due to my 1960's house, but it seemed like the mounting bracket was too small and didn't have enough room for everything. I was able to get it done, but it's a bit wonky and wobbly.The bulbs that come are TERRIBLE. The seller should stop sending them! They were the worst color LED I've ever seen. Hideous blue, cold light. I installed a Lutron dimmer switch and ordered dimmable bulbs. 3 times. And all three times they didn't work, burned out as soon as the light turned on. Turns out this lamp only uses 10v bulbs which are pretty hard to find. After the seller tipped me off to warm bulbs that would work, I was able to find dimmable warm bulbs. It takes a bit of research to find the best fixture for your home. Once you find it, and your contractor and if like us you're in the stress of a remodel any issues can feel—extra. Fanadian, the seller, was so dang easy to work with on an issue. We bought the chandelier, it was delivered quickly and then sat in it's box for 6 months before we lined up contractors for this install. When I saw 3 globes broken my stomach just sank. I started the process with a message to seller and just three messages back and forth and 3 days later, 3 replacement globes arrived! No extra cost or fuss. So nice. Thank you so much for being kind, professional and quick to provide a simple solution! And it's the perfect fixture for our fun new dining room space.

Way smaller than pictured. Tremendously disappointing.

Honestly, the lamp is gorgeous. It fits perfectly in the spot that I wanted it. I'm even considering purchasing an other one. But the best thing is that this has been the best customer service experience I've had in my life. They respond quickly to every email , always gracious and the go above and beyond to accommodate every need. I would purchase without hesitation from them again.

The shipping took a bit longer than expected but the seller was prompt to respond when I messaged them. The light arrived well packaged, nothing broken. It was easy to assemble and install. I only wish it came in a larger size but overall I’m happy with this purchase. The lights in the photos look weird because it’s hard to photograph LED bulbs.
