Easy to use lap counter for running
I needed an easy to use lap counter for running. I was familiar with ranger beads after using them in the Army, and they fit the bill. And as a bracelet, I didn't need to find a way to hang it on me.Best part is, my laps are a third of a mile, and I run four miles. There are 13 beads on a set, so four miles is twelve beads. No counting necessary, especially if I get ambitious and run that extra lap for the last bead!

This item was ordered as an anxiety “fidget”...where the wearer can manipulate the beads and move them as needed when focusing on positive things or things to be grateful for, etc. Perfect item!
