I wouldn't call myself a cacao expert, but I know something amazing when I taste it... especially high quality chocolate! What an amazing find. I've been on somewhat of an exploration of different types of chocolate after a trip to South America, and this bar is simply far better than what you'll find at the grocery store. Absolutely worth trying and will transport you to what a fine chocolate experience should be. I tried both the 66% cacao and golden berry bars and both were unique and flavorful. If you haven't heard of golden berry before, you will soon as it's becoming a more popular superfood that originates from Ecuador... once again delivering a unique and delicious taste that won't disappoint. Highly recommend!

make it 70 or 75 percent and get rid of aluminum packaging.a bit flat at 66 percent but great chocolate otherwise. Will order again if all is well-oh, any chance you could lose sunflower and any kind of lecitin for good?
