Lite duty
I believe the Extension tubes are chrome plated cast aluminum very lite, as well as the connector attached to the pressure valve. I expect it will not ware well at the connection . Storage box and inside packing is good and well done. Over all for the money spent it should work for weekend mechanic. I will only be using this for small engine diagnostics .

This tool worked great on a 2008 Infiniti G37S
I needed a compression tester for 14mm spark plug holes on a used 2008 Infiniti G37S that I bought. I was changing the spark plugs for the first time since I bought the car and wanted to know how the engine was holding up after all these years. This tool worked great, and my compression was 245 psi on 5 out of six cylinders and one read 235 psi. Within spec, and I'm a happy camper.

Good price and good quality.
Very good for the price. Easy to check compression on each cylinder by yourself without help. Would recommend this for anyone needing to check engine compression.

Ok, but no adapter for deep 12mm spark plug.
This compression tester worked ok, but did not come with the right adapter for the spark plug hole in my engine (5.4L 3V). I had to buy a special adapter for more than 3X the cost of this kit. If you have this engine with the deep 12mm spark plug holes, it will not work as is. You can use the adapter with the rubber nose cone, but it's a pain and requires someone to crank the engine while you hold pressure down on the adapter in the spark plug hole and you won't get a very accurate reading.
