I have had improvements in my health and overall wellbeing, as well as fatloss.I can say these are the cause - but I beleive they have helped immesely...The orther big brands charge WAY to much for the same thing - its absurdI use these for my daily, and then grind my own organ mix meats to get the rest.

I’ve only been taking this for about a week but it seems to have helped with energy and fullness (as in, I get full faster when I eat). I didn’t read that on the label, but it has had this effect for me. I’m very pleased, especially knowing I can take this so as not to have to eat organ meat.

There is a awful perfume smell. The bottle and the capsules.I can’t imagine why. And it leaves everything it contacts with the smell.Will not buy again and will be returning.
