DK Eyewitness Travel Guide: Brazil Paperback – November 19, 2012

Going to Brazil then this is an excellent travel book. We like the high quality pages and the printing which is easy to read. This is an excellent booth for finding places to visit in Brazil. We used it extensively on our trip to Rio de Janerio and found that every penny we paid for it was worth it. One thing we like about these books is that the historical spots never change thus you get a book that can be used for years whereas many other travel books need to be updated on a yearly basis.

The Iguacu picture on the front is lovely! It has some information on South American travel too. :)

I can't remember when I picked up my first Eyewitness Travel Guide.I love to travel. I enjoy planning weeks or even years ahead. I love reading about the history of the country I'm about to or wish to visit.Eyewitness makes it so easy to plan your trips. The color coding they use, the drawn maps help you navigate the streets with ease. I once was in Rome, sort of lost and looked at the drawn maps and I recognized one of the buildings on the map. It was great. I learned about the building itself and it got me back on track.I hope to travel to Brazil soon and I now and then pick it up to look at where I'm going to go.I also am a writer and use several of these guides as a reference point to use in my stories.Eyewitness always is my first choice. I love these Eyewitness Travel Guides which I have used in several countries. We have not yet gone on our trip to Brazil, but this guide looks like it will be a wonderful help on the trip.

This book is fantastic, it gives history on each place, it's well laid out, pictures are great and more detailed than Lonely Planet.

We recently decided to do a trip to Brazil and purchased the Eyewitness Travel Guide to Brazil from Amazon. The Eyewitness Travel Guides are the best as they feature not just written words but plenty of pictures and recommendations.Excellent guide book.

The pictures are wonderful. However there is not as much meat as frommer's. It is a a good complement to another guide book.

Great book with vivid photos and history. A great country with similar history of the United States. I'm delighted to see Jesus Statue blessing the country.
