Great Air Mattress!
I'm not expert on air mattresses, but this fit my uses perfectly. The company is very easy to communicate with and cares about delivering quality, I can tell. They ship really fast and the airbed is very well protected (it was shipped in two boxes with plenty of warnings about not using knives to open it for risk of punctures)The pump is built into the airbed and inflates and deflates quickly without much noise at all. I didn't time it, but I know it was less than five minutes for inflation and a little quicker for deflation. The top has a different surface which keeps sheets in place better and adds a little warmth. My guest that used it found it very comfortable, but she ended up adding a blanket under the sheets to help keep her warm overnight since air beds can be cool in the winter. So for long periods, a mattress pad or blanket over the top can be useful if it's cold out, but that's an issue of all air beds. In the summer, I expect that to be a plus! The bed held inflation just fine for the four days in a row I used it. It came in a convenient storage bag and folded up without too much difficulty. I find it to be a great guest bed for brief company. I used 18 inch deep queen sheets for my queen air bed, and since the mattress is a little deeper it don't cover the whole bottom of the mattress, but they stayed in place just fine so it was only a visual thing. 20 inch or deeper sheets or king sheets using sheet holders should cover a queen bed fine. The measurements were accurate for me and the bed was about the same height as a real bed, so it would be really useful for guests that aren't young or flexible enough to be low to the ground. It's comfortable and roomy and seems well put together. I expect it to last a long time! And since they gave a little extra supplies to patch up any potential holes, it should!

Good product, great customer service
I purchased this mattress 8 months ago and have been very pleased. When we first ordered it, we were worried it wouldn't arrive in time, as we had out-of-town guests coming for a visit. I emailed Comfort Boulevard and received a prompt reply that they would get it here on time, and they did. The mattress is great and comfortable. We had high hopes for its durability and were very satisfied during the first several uses, but were disappointed when we pulled it out recently for a guest and found that air was leaking from the motor. I emailed Comfort Boulevard again, and again received a prompt and very kind reply with a solution to our problem. Apparently the release valve mechanism inside the motor was stuck and simply needed to be hit in order to be released. Sure enough this stopped the leaking and it's held up great ever since. We just now make sure to double check that there are no leaks and everything is secure before sending out guests to bed. Overall it is a good product and we are happy with the purchase. The customer service has been excellent and we greatly appreciate the careful attention we've received.

I wanted to love it, but it just doesn't hold air
Seems very high quality, but it just doesn't hold air. After waking up with my butt an inch from the floor I spent 90 minutes meticulously soapy water investigating , but never found a leak. I'm about to move across the country so I guess I'm just going to throw this thing in the trash. sigh

It inflated easily and was comfortable to sleep on but I only used it about 7 times over 1.5 years and it now has a large hole where one of the seams burst open.

Uncomfortable but functions.
Products works but is very uncomfortable. Holds air and pump works fine. But when I move in my sleep I constantly wake up. More air makes it bouncy. Less makes it saggy and you fall into a rut. Good as a backup bed for guests here and there but not recommended for long term sleeping. I left it at my friend's house so I could use it when I stayed over weekends... ended up preferring his too short couch. When he moved I let him keep it.

A Delight To Sleep On topped off with Impressive Customer Service
This Queen-sized air mattress is simple to setup and in no time inflates to allow you to lie down on it to test your comfort level. My 18-year old daughter and her girlfriend have been sleeping on it for over a week now and love it - so much more comfortable than the last one. It requires an occasional pump of air for a few seconds about twice a week but before my daughter was adding air to a previous mattress she had everyday. The Quick Luxe mattress is very light compared to other air mattresses I’ve owned and easy to handle moving from room to room or to take with you yet does stay put in one spot when sleeping on it.Also, Patrick, the online sales manager, is a joy to deal with. I just ordered a Quick Luxe twin-size mattress for another room and soon after discovered I had one already (another brand) seemingly hidden in a corner of a room closet that I had forgotten about. I told Patrick that I needed to cancel my order with Comfort Boulevard. He sent me a prompt e-mail stating my order was cancelled and that I was not charged for the twin-size. To me excellent customer service needs to extend to all facets in handling customer requests even on order cancellations and that was clearly demonstrated by Patrick.

Tall!
Well this bed is super comfortable, inflates and deflates easily and fits without too much hassle into its storage bag. The good thing about this bed is it's really tall, taller than our mattress and box spring that we have on the floor so that makes it easier to get into and out of when you're of a certain age. The bad thing about this bed is it's really tall -- even though I got a super deep mattress pad/cover, it does not go on all the way, nor did the fitted sheet and there is no way to tuck in the top sheet. I guess if you got a California king sized sheet for the queen sized mattress you could possibly tuck it under. I was afraid that the mattress pad and fitted sheet would come off in the night but either this didn't happen or my guests dealt with it. They stayed four nights and had to add air only once. They said it was comfortable.
