I recently ordered this and I seem to have itchy eyes when I use it. Has anyone else found this with this mascara?

i ordered this and now have a swollen lump eye . i ordered it a few days ago and tried it yesterday . i did a comparison of it on one eyelash the eye / eyelash i put it on is hurting .
