It very easy to set up delivery. Shipped quick with no issues and got here in the time window we selected. I had this tub installed by a plumber. They had no problem or complaints with the tub. It was very easy to level with the five feet underneath. The tub drain is incredibly quiet and the foot tap drain is great. It comes with a brass straight drain fitting as well as a flexible p-drain tube. We accidentally cracked the flexible drain pipe during install. The customer service department responded the same day I reached out to them. They sent out a replacement on the same day as well. The tub stays very hot for a long time and seems very insulated by the dual wall construction. Because of how white the tub is the water has a lovely blue hue. We ended up caulking around the base for stability like the instructions recommend. Would highly recommend this tub and had an amazing experience with the customer service!!

Very nice free standing tub. Didn't have much room in my tiny bathroom,but it fits perfectly and is the perfect size to unwind after a day of working outside. Would highly recommend.

This tub is very comfortable for a smaller size. I have not filled the tub to its highest level yet. No need to. I am 5'5" and can fit comfortably in the tub sitting up with back reclined against the tub and legs straight out. My husband installed the tub, so not sure about how easy it was to install, but do know this manufacturer provided a metal drain connection rather than a flexible plastic one. The tub arrived in a timely manner as advertised. Very satisfied with the product.

Easy to install, comfortable to soak in, beautiful to look at. The instructions for connecting the drain assembly are awful. Just discard the instructions and use common sense and mechanical intuition.

I had the hardest time locating a soaking tub for our bathroom remodel. Most of the home improvement stores had them online but not in the store, so I was unable to see any of the tubs in person. The thing about Amazon and this tub in particular: I loved the look, sleek, clean and beautiful, but I was also offered a specific delivery date and time (3-hour window). None of the big box stores offered that. I've always joked that you can buy anything on Amazon, and this proves it! As far as installation, I can't really speak to that. But I love the look and it is truly comfortable. I used to take showers most of the time and baths occasionally, but now I am an everyday take-a-bath girl! Love the tub and definitely would buy it again.

I bought this bathtub an in three months it is splitting apart in what looks like in a seam where it was put together so I bought another one the same tub and from the same company because I had to have a box to send it back And Now I’m told I will have to pay restocking fee on the bad one. On a defective product

I bought this for a bathroom remodel. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Sturdy I've already fallen it twice and it's not even moved. I've had no issues with leaking it's comfortable to lay in it looks amazing and honestly the price was super reasonable. Sizewise I am just over 5/6 and I can rest comfortably with my chest down to my toes covered in water.
