I have to be honest, I didn't expect much in the way of quality of the rail or its fittings but was very pleasantly surprised. Reasonably good quality, easy to fit (took 10 mins) and feels solid when mounted on the wall. All in all, for the price, happy to recommend. Only time will tell as to how well the chrome resists rust....

Very pleased with this towel rail. Simple to fit to the wall for anyone with basic skills and tools (measure, spirt level, electric drill and masonry bits). Ignore the comment about tiny grub screws that are supposed to attach the rail to the two wall fixings, maybe he was using the wrong end of the allen key. When fitted, it is extremely sturdy unlike the previous one I had which broke when I accidentally steadied myself on it after losing my balance. The chrome finish is very good and it will easily accommodate 2 good quality bath towels with adequate distance..

The package arrived on time but appeared to be opened, but fortunately nothing was missing. I have just fixed it to my bathroom wall and it looks great next to the other fittings. There are much cheaper products but in my experience their quality is often disappointing. The most difficult part was drilling the fixing holes in the (very hard) porcelaine tiles so I had to buy some expensive diamond tipped 6 mm drills. Then there was the risk of cracking the tiles during drilling but fortunately all is fine. There are 2 screws on each side with plasic plugs so it is a very strong fitting.
