SMALLRIG Power Bank Holder

This clamp is great! It extends enough for the majority of the good quality batteries available especially most Anker products. It’s strong and robust and the extension arm is not wobbly or flexible as I had imagined it might be, it’s super sturdy and does not feel like it will snap or break under pressure and/or extensive use! It has many mounting points on it using screws. The only improvement I would make is the mounting area on the back has 3 screw holes.. instead it would be better if it was a rail where you could select where to mount it but this mostly really isn’t an issue as the position of the 3 screw holes really does give you plenty of options. Anyone using a battery pack, this is highly recommended and makes any setup extremely modular!

This is an excellent clip that holds a battery pack in place below my cinematography rig. It is very secure and strong and I highly recommend it to anyone is looking to attach an average size USB battery pack to their rig. My USB battery pack is 87mm wide on one side which is just under the maximum size this clip takes - so it fits perfectly.

With all the filming that I need to do with my phone, this has come in handy along with other small rig accessories to provide power to my iPhone whilst doing long shoots/streaming events. It is strong and provides you with confidence that your battery will remain secure.

These are great and have really improved my rigs. The build is the usual small rig quality - the only issue is the spring strength. On some it’s perfect on others it’s super tight and actually hard to open.

Small Rig are brilliant at the little bits of kit that you need for every shoot but either have lost or didn’t know you needed.I bought several items for a recent shoot, they are a well made and arrived the next day.Great thing is, now Small Rig have started to design kit based on customer requests. Perfect.

As always with Smallrig, bit expensive but my word is the quality worth it. Absolutely rock solid holding the power bank and 100% confident in the fittings, it just works and can be totally relied upon.

Unfortunately it doesn't work for the Anker power bank which are too wide for this holder. Neither of the Smallrig powerbank holders will work without damaging the Anker Power Bank. I hope this saves somebody else the time, effort and money if they are purchasing these for a Panasonic which only supports Anker. I haven't checked the Tilta options yet however I can say I have tried both SmallRig options and they are not designed to take a wider Power Bank.
