To be honest with you, I didn't know what to expect from this product.Which is why I ordered it. Upon receiving the product, keep in mind, that I'm not one that justs jumps onto the bandwagon and justs agrees with everyone. I have to experience whatever for myself. I highly recommend this product. In the very beginning the bristles seem to be a little firm,but not much,but not hard. (but that's a very good thing in my opinion because, it should / will last much longer than expected) Kind of view it like when you try on a pair of brand new out of the box dress shoes; at first, they may appear to be a little stiff and hard and may hurt your feet a little. But once you break them in, and you get used to them,you'll absolutely love them. And the same holds true for these toothbrush replacements.The only difference that I personally found between the two, and trust me, I look for every little detail;is: that they were a little noisier but not much compared to the original replacements when tested side by side. Other than that, they look, and perform the same exact way; but at a very much discounted price compared to the original. If by chance you happen to have sensitive teeth or gums,in the beginning, don't apply so much pressure until you break in the bristles to be soft. (Which only takes about two or three times.)After all, 31,500 people that reviewed this product can't all be wrong.
