Is this for right and left sides?

It's a pair,right + left sides.

Are these hit or miss? I've bought them atleast 3 times now and either one goes out, both goes out or strobing and flickering. About to go oem.

I have one of my two flickering as well. One year into it but the card took seven months off to the COVID.
