GORGEOUS
This was on my must have list for 2020, and now it is over the dining table just in time for Thanksgiving. We LOVE it, it is on dimmer , this gets super bright too ( it takes five, 60 watt bulbs)

Glass shade is not supported by frame
I do love this light. It is of good quality and really highlights the morning room. I worry about it though, because it is unbelievably heavy. The glass shade is only held up by the finial on the bottom. It does not sit in the rim around the shade at all. If that doesn't cause you any anxiety, then let nothing else hold you back. It is a beautiful light. I myself may replace it as I just have visions of the shade falling and shattering.

Just the look I wanted for my dining room!
I have been looking for three years to find the right for light to replace the generic carpenters light in my dining room, and not spend a fortune. It is exactly what I wanted. Not too fancy. It is what I call ‘simple elegance!’ It took about 90 minutes for my husband and son to put it up. You need two people to install it. Be sure to get the dimmable light and switch to go along with it!
