I replaced worn out post cap solar lights with these. I didn't buy the last ones, but their plastic was far sturdier than these & they were much brighter. These look beautiful day & night but they are incredibly thin & wimpy. I was very careful yet still busted a base when turning a screw slightly too far. They feel like a slight whack with an errant soccer ball or backpack is going to destroy and splinter them. Pics show even new out of the box they had slight scuff marks. There's only 1 tiny LED inside each one, so they really don't illuminate the area much, but because my deck has 10 all along it, my walk space does now get enough dim light to walk carefully in the dark. These are not as bright as the previous lights, so if you are looking for lighting up an area, buy ones that specifically state their lumens & compare. I'll update over time since I've only had them up about 5 days. They didn't come on at all the day we had clouds & rain, but even on my shady north side of the house, they somehow get enough sunlight to shine most nights. Very easy to install if you're careful. Pictures are accurate representation. Cannot change the batteries on these that I'm aware of. (unlike the previous ones, took rechargeable AAs) so I hope they last well.

I really liked these solar lights and was a little discouraged that one wouldn't light up but two days later they were all shining beautifully then three days ago we noticed that a different lamp had given out and now that one won't light at all! I'm giving it another day then I will contact the seller ... I'm disappointed

They look very nice on my deck posts... Plastic is not of a type that's gonna take any abuse. One of the lights would not turn off when daylight began and therefore will not charge. Buy if you like a nice looking decorative cover for you deck posts, but don't expect too much

These lights are junk. Made out of the WRONG plastic which is so brittle they break under the slightest pressure or wind...only up for three days and 3 have broken off already. Really a shame because if they were to change the plastic of the base they would be terrific.

Needed new solar light caps for my deck posts. Found these which are a great price. Unfortunately I cracked one when assembling them and cracked the bottom of another when installing. My advice is to get these and then be careful if using power tool to screw them in as the bottom plastic can't take stress. Also be very careful when putting them together. Otherwise look great at night!

LOVE these lights! They look beautiful on the dock! They are bright and a great size ! I only gave it 4 stars because a few of them came with a scratch on the solar panel portion of the light. I am hoping this does not effect the light in any way in the future. These lights are amazing and a great value!

We bought these to add to our new fence. They fit our 4x4 (actually 3.6x3.6) wood posts perfectly! I really liked how they looked. We live in a rural area with no lighting around. We wanted these to provide a little bit of light in the yard. They are pretty and look nice, but they are only 1 lumen. If you are looking for a decorative only solar cap, these would be great! If you are looking to provide some light in the nearby area, I would go a different route. Unfortunately, we had to return them because they are so dim.

So far only two of them won't light up. Day I got them there sun was bright to charge them, still two of them won't light up. Will probably have to change batteries.

Terrible base. Broke two and found sane item for $30 not $70 that I paid on Amazon. Very disappointing and very cheaply made

The product looks good, the installation was easy enough. Th only negative so far is that the lights are not very bright. As lo longevity I can not rate yet as the lights have only been installed for 2 days.

Less than one year in, only one still has the cheap little tabs that hold the light on. Poor quality, a light bump and they break. Buy something metal or better made. Disappointed for a Noma product.
