Aeifond Swing Holder Floor Stand for iPad 1/2/3 and 4 (SFS-FSTI-A -)

I purchased this stand a little over two years ago and I can say from experience that this is THE best iPad stand there is, and their customer service is amazing! I'm a disabled veteran and have trouble holding onto books, my iPad or anything else of any weight for very long. After purchasing two other much inferior stands, I discovered this one and it is by far the best. It holds my iPad very securely, and it's easy for me to maneuver as I don't have much upper body strength anymore. When I'm not using it I leave a nice weather app open, pictures displayed, music playing, etc.,...I love it. This great, made in America product has improved my quality of life by allowing me to sit or lay comfortably and use the internet, read or watch TV and movies, listen to music and more. I don't know what I'd do without it! This was tested recently when, after two years of constant use, and occasional tightening of the arm, it wouldn't stay in place anymore. I called customer service and spoke to a very nice fellow who said not to worry, they would send replacement parts right away. Wow. A few days later these parts arrived in the mail, completely free of charge. After two years from purchasing they were incredibly kind and helpful....it was like I just bought it yesterday. This kind of customer service is, unfortunately, rare these days. If you need a strong, dependable stand and appreciate people who stand by their product, a made in America product, look no further!

This purchase was to replace an existing unit which wore out after about 4 years of daily use. The middle section, which allows for the up/down pivot was no longer holding the unit up. It served me well and I was very happy to find it still available.This item has been invaluable to me. I received the original unit as a gift after an accident left me a quadriplegic. It allowed me to use an iPad during the day in my wheelchair and during the night, it was placed over my bed which allowed me to read if I woke up during the night (which happens a lot). From my early days when I had minimal use of my hands and used a stylus to operate the iPad to my current situation where I have more use of fingers to type, your device has been there. It flexibility combined with its sturdiness has been a godsend to my ability to stay engaged with the world. Thanks.

I continue after several years to use this stand every day several times and during the night to listen or read. IT IS GREAT! The customer service is OUTSTANDING. I have never worked with a company like this. I needed a replacement part that broke on a Saturday and I was to have neck surgery early the next week. Calling customer service you get to talk to a very nice Human and the owner called back promptly with plans to express mail the part. However the timing for mailing did not work so he and his wife DROVE from the south end of SEattle to the north of Seattle to hand deliver the part so I would be able to have it ready while recuperating. I can not say enough good things about the product or customer support. OUTSTANDING!I wanted a stand so I could read in bed that would be stable. I received it very promptly and it is very easy to assemble. However I have an iPad 3. I tried it with the clips-too tight. Called them after hours on Friday. Less than two hours later one of the owners called. He will be sending me a new holder shipped out tomorrow-Saturday. Very pleasant conversation and the most prompt service I have EVER had with any product. What a rarity today!!!!The stands very flexible the iPad slips in and out very easily important for old joints! Well made. Worth the price. Very relaxing to not be holding the iPad.18 months later- I am still VERY impressed by this product and the PRODUCT SUPPORT! The head started drooping in just one position, I contacted the seller and got a very prompt reply on how to do a very EASY and successful fix and a reassurance that if that didn't work they would replace the head. Amazing to have a product that works like it says and is adjustable so simply when a tweek is needed.I have also purchased the wheels which work so well, easily attached and make a great product even better if you want to move the stand back and forth like from and to the bed.This stand is so worth the money. Ihave not tried the head for the mini and other sizes but will when I get a Mini iPad.

I have had this product for a couple of months and the following problems have occurred, the grey locking latch fell off and I can not put it back on also the counter weight falls off all the time due to the poor design of the nipple and hole on the shaft. For the money this product should have better quality. Be careful that when the counter weight falls (and it will) that you get you feet out of the way.Since the last review, I have been contacted by the company that makes this product (without me calling) and they have sent me the replacement parts for the stand. They have corrected the problems and the stand works great. I have never had such great customer service and follow-up. Again a great product.

This is the BEST! I have used the Swing Holder Stand for over a year. It is perfect for holding my iPad when I am in bed or seated and want to read, write correspondence, view TV/videos, youtube, whatever...The stand allows me to have my hands free to pet my cat or knit.The unit is sturdy and very functional.The customer service is excellent as I discovered when the part that allows the holder to swivel. After contacting the company, they sent the replacement part quickly and I was back in business.This is a great invention and I would never want to be without it.
