The Travel Halo by Cloudz A Pillow Alternative Fully Adjustable with Microbead Sleep Mask and Earplugs

I recently flew a 2 1/2 hour flight and took about a 20 minute nap using my new Travel Halo. I was skeptical about the head supports in the back really working to keep my head from rolling. It worked great and the eye mask felt really nice. I sat next to a window and it did block the light. It's nice that the mask part lifts up and stays if you need to see while wearing it. I just bought 5 more for gifts for my traveling family and friends :)

I agree with other posts, the way this product is made makes it nearly impossible to strap it behind the movable support section of the head rest. But that isn't even the biggest design flaw, I may have been able to use it as it was intended if the two cushion sections were not sewn to the back. The two cushion/pillow sections makes it absolutely impossible to put behind the movable section of the headrest because of their sheer size. There's absolutely no way to stuff the cushions behind the maybe 1/2 inch gap between the support and the head rest. I actually thought that maybe I could try to fashion my own homemade strap to the eyepiece for later use, since the back strap does come completely off and is just secured by velcro on each side. That being said, I gave this product three stars because it worked AMAZING as an eye mask alone. I was able to sleep quite well while using this just as a eye mask and after I had finally given up on trying to use this as it was intended and resorted to my neck pillow. The lightweight pellets inside the eye mask give it just enough weight to stay put on your face while shifting around, but not so much that it's annoying and noticeable. I am an extremely light sleeper and this reminded me more like a light weight yoga mask. Very relaxing.

The overall build quality was a little lacking quality in certain areas. It did not really fit or stay properly positioned during my flight.

its a lil ackward

Took this on my first flight, it really helped me get sleep. I have a tough time sleeping on airplanes. Best part is when I got cold, I could put part of the scarf part over my eyes and nose and it kept me warm. Yet the fabric is thin enough to be able to breathe!

It didn't stay in place, the eye patch kept falling down (and I am not considered a petite lady, I am a size 12 5'9) the back kept my head in an awkward position and didn't feel good on my neck. I took it on a trip to Asia and used it for 2 hours out of a 32 hour flight time and didn't use it on the way back. The material is nice and it comes with a small carrying bag. Hence the 1 star. I would not recommend this product.

Seems very comfortably while being the passenger for 1200 miles

I bought two of these, one for me and one for my husband. Mine was fine, but my husband's had a tear in it as soon as it came out of the package. The little microbeads were spilling out, so he cannot use it. I used mine on a flight and it was very easy and convenient to carry in my bag. It was okay in terms of providing neck support. The sleep mask works well, but doesn't stay up when you flip it up. I wish there was a way to return the defective one, but I did not see an option to return.
