I wasn't sure about using this product, but it surprised me. It fights inflammation and as a senior person it's really helping in this area. I would recommend it.

Pets need joint meds from day one , especially your hunting dogs to keep joints in great shape during the hard work they put in the field . My dog loves them as much as he loves treats , and it’s much cheaper than buying special pet med brands … Works great for me as well I take one every morn and my joints feel much better than when I wasn’t taking it ..

My stomach tolerates it. They are easy to swallow. I wish it came in a more sustainable packaging. I’m not sure if it’s doing anything.

I tore something in my knee a few years ago, and although it mostly healed, I still had days where it hurt and twinged while walking. A friend told me to try Glucosamine, so I did some research and ordered Puritan's Pride. I've used several of their other supplements (fish oil, probiotics, vitamin D) and feel that they give good quality and are reasonably priced. I've used their glucosamine daily for about three months now, and I feel I can tell a difference in my knee. I have very little discomfort and no crackling sound when I squat. My husband took it for about a month but didn't feel it did anything for his old rotator cuff injury. As we get older, stuff starts to ache and work less smoothly than when we were young. Glucosamine has a long, proven track record for helping cartilage and joints, so it's just a matter of picking a reputable company for the supplements. I'm very happy with Puritan's Pride brand and will order again when my bottle is nearly empty.

Expiry date is Jul 2021. Bottle has 240 capsules, even if I start today, expiry date will be before the botte is finished!

I have been only using this for 1 week n the pain on my right leg has subsided. I even went for a 15km run with very little pain. So far it work. Only intend to use it for 2-4mths. Been only taking 1 tablet daily in the morning.
