Sof Sole Women's Football Over-The-Calf Athletic Performance Team Socks

Tall, over-the-knee. Great fit and feel.

I had bought on trial basis Sof Sole All Sport Socks. I liked them and wanted to get more. I don't play sports but wanted these because my legs below the knee get very cold and I wanted them for that reason. The All Sport socks were ideal for this. I mistakenly ordered the Football Socks and there is definitely a difference; the Football sock is much thinner than the All Sport sock. Overall though; these are very well made socks and they fit well; that is true of both styles. I especially like how well they stay up. I you want thicker get the All Sport.

I bought these to play slow pitch softball and I like the socks to go up to the knee. These are about 2in shorter than I like... also they feel too tight. I'm a size 12 and I got the Large. They are pretty much identical to a pair that I got at Model's with two differences. I believe these were more expensive, and they were smaller/shorter. I would say, just drive to your local sportswear vendor. In the pic... first the flash makes the *cough* dirty socks, look really dirty. Left: The ones purchased from Models, Middle: these socks after playing a game, and right: new out of the box . Note: The ones from Models have the same logo but are about 2" longer.

they hold tight. they dont slip off or down while moving around. they can cover up your knees. they are meant for summer sports. they arent thick for cold weather like some of the other socks like these.
