Very functional. The design is very nice and easy to use. Worth the money. I was able to store 2 Repatha and 2 Ozempic from my last travel. So storage capacity is perfect and very handy on travel. My meds (injectables) we’re kept cool for 16hr flight .

This is the perfect travel cooler for syringes and medications that need to be chilled It is durable and sturdy and has room to hold your medication and syringes. Nice price and nice product.

This insulin cooler travel case works great. I used it to travel with my Zepbound injections when I went to Morocco, and it kept my medication at the right temperature the whole trip. It is very convenient, well made, and easy to carry. I also like that it is TSA approved, which made traveling through the airport much less stressful. The case feels durable and reliable, and it gave me peace of mind while traveling. I definitely recommend it for anyone who needs to travel with temperature-sensitive medication

I like my thermos like one with a temp probe, but this is much roomier and easy to pack. Seems to stay cold.

I was recently traveling to see my parents across the country and my mom gave me something to take home, but it needed to be refrigerated. I decided to get this case and thought it would be something I could used for a beach day or event where I could take snacks so it wouldn’t be a one time use product. The case worked well for my initial purpose. I froze the 4 ice packs overnight and the next day I stuffed them in the case, added the items that required to be refrigerated and packed it in my carryon suitcase. My travel experience was about 10-11 hrs, and included driving to/from airports and the cross country flight. I got home and the bottles were still cold, although I can’t say what the actual temperature was. The ice packs had melted but the bottles were cold to the touch so to me it was a success. Im glad it worked for my original intent but I’m not sure the bag would be big enough for a beach day or event snacks if I needed to use the ice packs too. The packs are great but pretty big for the size of the container so there isn’t a lot of room left if you use all 4. The case is designed for medicine storage I think so it could work well for something like that but I’m not sure if I’d get a second use out of it. I got it in purple. It looked just like the picture and is a beautiful color. The case itself is sturdy and seems to be of good quality, and looks like it would be easy to clean.

Storage capacity: Larger size holds vials and preloaded syringes Insulating ability: I don't often write positive reviews but I have to say I took this on a 10 hour trip, including 2 plane rides with a transfer and when I arrived at my Florida destination everything was still cold!! This completely exceeded my expectations!
