I ordered heads for my Jeep. Incorrectly at first. Always contact ADV and provide your VIN number to ensure the correct purchase. I got a shop quote for the work and verified with them the first purchase however they missed the mistake so they put the wrong heads on the car and it would not run. They were very confused but later told me there was something very minor that made them incorrect. This was not true. The difference was huge and should have been obvious to any qualified tech. Clarence assisted me with getting this situation handled. He went above and beyond, even providing me pictures showing the slight differences between Jeep model heads so my shop could not pass the buck to me for having to do the job twice. They even split the shipping cost of the second delivery with me when I tried to negotiate that with them. I highly recommend ADV and appreciate the concessions they made which is why I recommend ALWAYS calling them with the VIN number before purchasing to ensure the correct part is ordered and avoid a huge headache and wasted time and expense.
