Women's Floral Embroidered Maxi Skirt-Over-Dyed Long Peasant Skirt, Ankle Length

This skirt is pretty and the embroidery has a bit of a sheen to it. I am 5’5” and 140 lbs. I ordered a size medium and this was a good choice - comfortable, long, but not touching the ground. I washed before wearing in a front loading washer on a “no spin” cycle, wrung out by hand, and hung to dry. My only caveat is that the taupe color is not as depicted. The skirt is a warm golden tan color. It is not ashy, nor between gray and tan. If you are looking for a color that is a cool color tone, this might be disappointing. The color works for me so I am keeping the skirt.

I live in Florida where it’s hot so I often prefer casual long skirts instead of jeans or shorts for leaving the house. I needed a neutral one for fall and this looked like it would look good everywhere. It’s a nice vintage gray color, lightweight cotton, drawstring waist, full and floaty and affordable. Embroidery looks good. It says hand wash and hang dry but I will probably try delicate wash in machine and hang dry.

This is a gorgeous skirt. I ordered the beige color, and I may get more colors, I love it so much. I am 5'5" tall and 145 pounds, I ordered a size Medium, and it fits perfectly. The quality is great. Highly recommend.

I ordered 3 of these in different colors, all of the detailed stitching fell apart after one wash on a gentle cycle. They're so pretty before washing, the fabric is comfortable and soft but the stitching is very cheap and badly made. If you like hand washing your clothes then these skirts are perfect for you, but be gentle, the details are loosely stitched.

I ordered a Large - as advised by the size chart. It is huge, the fabric is cheap. I am 5 foot 11 inches and this was also way too long.

Pictured with navy top to show color contrast. Not really the dark denim blue shown in the photo on the page. But it’s pretty, and it will work with the blue and white things I planned to wear with it. It was a little long on me (I’m 5’2”), so I put it in the dryer after washing like the label explicitly says not to do, and now it’s perfect! I would say it shrank about 3 inches. Lightweight, flowy, comfortable, overall exactly what I wanted. True to size.
