I walk through my neighborhood in the early morning for exercise. Now that Fall is here, it is still quite dark when I start, and the streetlights in my neighborhood are widely spaced. I needed something to light up the dark and scary places, and to illuminate any tripping hazards. I tried carrying a flashlight, but I prefer to have my hands free. The neck light from EZRED is a perfect solution The light is quite bright without causing any reflected glare back into my eyes. With 2 light sources, I can aim one light straight ahead and angle the second down slightly to highlight the sidewalk. The light provides clear illumination to about 20 feet ahead and shapes for a good ways beyond that. The lights have 2 levels of brightness. First click gives full brightness and a second click brings the level down to where it would be comfortable for reading or close work. The light is very comfortable to wear around my neck, and barely noticeable. It rests lightly on my collarbone and does not bounce or slip while walking at a brisk pace. The sides are easily adjustable and lock into position solidly. I’m very happy with this neck light and the price was worth the pleasure it brings.

Chargeable may be slimmer and nice . But always go out within a few years . These are replaceable batteries . Awesome bright dim off button cycle (no strobe) . Bought in 2021 still the best I have found ! And for 20$ !!

These were recommended by a family member who uses it when walking their dog at night. I had been using my phone flashlight when walking the dog but having these frees up a hand which is a game changer. Makes it easier to see his poop in the dark. They're light and give off enough light to see while walking in my neighborhood.

I bought this neck cradled flashlight to use naturally for nighttime activities or when I need some light for some household tasks - walking my dog, grilling dinner in the backyard, working in the garage, changing a lightbulb, etc. I've had it for 5 years now and it's still going and proving its use. It's really convenient to have it hang around my neck and to be able to position the light up and down at varying angles (no more need for my wife or kids holding a flashlight for me). I only took off one star for the battery compartment. You have to twist the red pieces off to change the battery, but there is no locking mechanism. It isn't a big deal, but once in awhile it turns after prolonged use and the battery and flashlight body might pop off. Other than that, it is a good flashlight and has lasted me years.

Works great and can be pointed upward. I use it to see to wire lights etc. I often put one light up the other down ( no dark spots).

Trust me- you need these! They come in handy for so many things! Nighttime walking your dog; when on your hands and knees looking under the sofa for a toy; reading extra small print... super handy and useful. Highly recommend having a set in the house! Many good things about this product, but it's not for me. Pluses: The product is just as described, and seems to be a great price. And personally, I much prefer batteries than rechargeable; much simpler, imo. The light is very strong and will work great for task lighting and lighting up a walk. It seems really well made and sturdy, and looks nice! Downsides (for me): I wish the lights would have a bit more range to move up and down, and wish they could be moved sideways (they only move up and down). The lights were too bright for my purpose (reading in bed and not bothering the husband). There *are* two brightnesses--but I'd call them REALLY REALLY bright, and REALLY bright. Good for most uses, probably, but for reading in bed, it's way too bright; lights up the room too much, and is even too bright for me as I'm reading--wakes me up too much, too! Also, the part that goes around your neck isn't pliable. I don't have a wide neck--just a normal one!--but it felt a bit snug; I kept wanting to make it wider. (Again, this might only be an issue if you're wanting to feel relaxed while using it; outside, that aspect of it might be just fine.) So, unless you're using this for reading in bed, I'd say it's a great product. For that purpose, however, keep looking.
