Love these lanterns! This is the 2nd time I've ordered them - they add such a beautiful soft light in my garden. Not as bright as in the picture - which looks like it's sitting directly on the ground - so you would get a better light and representation of the design - but still beautiful. They are waterproof - but over time will look a little weather worn.

I am really impressed with these lanterns. I cannot speak to their durability, but right out of the box they're a pleasant surprise. The sidewalk from our driveway to the front porch is "L" shaped and there's a small step up from the driveway onto the sidewalk that can be a tripping hazard to the unwary or in the dark. These are a beautiful way to draw attention to that step up and the turn in the sidewalk. My boyfriend said, "I didn't expect them to be that bright. They're really cool!" I also did not expect the light pattern to be so crisp and defined - it looks VERY nice. They are also heavier than I thought they would be - in a good way. They feel sturdy and I don't worry about them blowing off their hooks in the fall and spring winds. I had my eye on them for a while and watched the price go up and down, they were unavailable for a time and then came back. If you think you might want a pair, you do! If you wait they'll probably become available again, or this company seems to have a few similar designs and I expect they would be of like-quality.

These lanterns give a beautiful pattern on any surface in the evening. However, having bought several, often one in a package of two does not work, low light or none despite full charge. And replacing the batteries looks like a hassle.

These lanterns are perfect. Battery life is good!

This is the third summer season that these cute solar lanterns have been sitting on my covered porch and they look and behave exactly as they did the day I received them. I haven’t needed to replace batteries or do anything else to them except make sure they’re sitting in a spot where they get a few hours of direct sunlight each day. Every night they come on when it gets dark and cast a lovely peacock feather style pattern onto the table and surrounding area for several hours.

I've recently completed a project to hang a dozen solar lanterns over my patio. I wanted an eclectic variety of different metal lanterns, so I bought products from 6-8 different sellers on Amazon. And based on my experience with all of those products, I can't overstate how impressed I am with the lanterns from LeiDrail. They are head-and-shoulders above every other lantern I've purchased. This lantern - and the others I bought from LeiDrail - have a number of outstanding characteristics. The metal lantern body is both sturdy and lightweight. They've taken the extra step of painting the inside with a glittery metallic paint; this reflects more light out and makes the lanterns "pop." The solar panel and electrical components are sealed exceptionally well for water resistance. The solar panel itself is larger to capture more light, and the internal battery has a higher capacity so the lantern can stay lit all night long. The patterns they've cut into this lantern create beautiful shadows that look like peacock feathers. And the warm white LED is very bright, still casting shadows 12 feet away. In my second photo, you can see the peacock feather shadows on the table from a resting lantern, and on the left wall from a hanging lantern. When I compare these side-by-side with lanterns from other sellers, the LeiDrail lanterns are in an entirely different class in terms of aesthetics and build quality. So it's a pleasant surprise that they aren't any more expensive. I'm not affiliated with LeiDrail in any way, and I haven't received anything in return for a review. It's just not often that I'm this impressed with a product, so I wanted to give credit where credit is due, and commend LeiDrail for putting out such great products.

I love the look of these lanterns but I purchased in October 2024 and they light up at night for a few minutes and then die despite being in full sun. Do I need replacement bulbs? What do I purchase that will work for these?

I love these lanterns so much I have made 2 orders. I also ordered them for my mom who loves them too. They give off a beautiful peacock feather design at night and everyone asks me where I got them. They give off so much light and stay lit for most of the night. The solar panel is perfect because you dont have to worry about batteries. They stand up to rain really well. The material is a strong metal and they have hangers if you want to hang them up. I am so happy with this purchase....I enjoy sitting on my balcony at night in the summer and looking at the beautiful pattern.

Ich habe 4 Lampen gekauft. Alle sind sauber verabeitet, wirken hochwertig und geben ein schönes warmes Licht. Sie leuchten nicht besonders hell, aber zaubern ein hübsches Muster auf meiner Terrasse. Eine Lampe war leider defekt, sie leutete nicht. Ich habe den Verkäufer kontaktiert und er hat zeitnah und zu meiner Zufriedenheit reagiert.
