Truly worth the investment as it totally saves my butt during all the swim team practices and meets. Not heavy, very sturdy. I debated on this one vs a wider version from another manufacturer and it came down to this - both offer the same comfort (I sat in the wider version owned by another swim team mom), this one was a tad lighter, but the main factor - swim meets are WAAAAY crowded and space is at a premium - this takes up less room and is less bulky to carry. Very pleased and kicking myself for not ordering this months ago!

I love my new stadium seat! The old one I had was purchased when my kids were in high school; it was time to update! I checked out what others were using at the ball field and rodeo arena and felt this would be a good choice. I went to Academy to try one out and it really felt comfortable; however the only color available was pink and it was soiled. So I took photos of the manufacturer's name and the model number and came home to order one. And mine is not advertising Academy! My only complaint, which does not lower the score, is the lever to attach it to the stadium seat is so tight that I cannot release it; my husband has to do it for me. Not sure why this is; perhaps a fluke on mine. Otherwise, I hope to get many years of comfortable sports viewing of my grands at the ball field or rodeo arena with my new seat!

We've now purchased 4 of these stadium chairs for our married children, and after watching them sit comfortably in the bleachers at all of our grandkids' games, we looked at each other and wondered why we were still sitting in our old, miserably-uncomfortable ones. We are definitely buying ourselves the same seats before football, volleyball, and basketball seasons roll around again. We've also noticed that most of the people we see at sporting events also have the same Stadium Chair Co, seats.

These are the best purchase! Makes sitting for hours at a track meet bearable! I have back and tailbone issues and these are really great! So much better than the hard bleachers! They're not too heavy to carry. I got the normal width and I'm 5'5" 135 pounds. The largest person sitting on them is my Dad who is about 5'7" and 180 pounds. No need for the extra wide width. I got basic black so that they can be used no matter what the team colors are. You have to put the fabric back part of the seat on (easy) and then screws in to make them stay (my husband easily used a drill to do this).

Chair works well. Sat through a series of volleyball games with out any issues other than old bones.Doesn't slide around the bleachers like some chairs. Back support is good. Rather have a nice lawn chair but the don't fit well on the bleachers.

I had tried one of these seats out in store and wasn't crazy about how it sat but I couldn't find anything else that I really liked for the price so I went with this one for me and my wife. Once I got it on the bleacher it actually sits a lot better than I thought. I weigh right at 200 pounds and the chair sags right to the point where my rear touches the bleacher. With the holding bar on the front it allows me to rock back in the seat a little as well which is nice. She is a lot smaller and hers doesn't touch when sitting. Overall it's a nice chair.

My wife and I purchased two of the stadium chairs only after seating on that old hard!! bench way toooo long watching our grandaughter play basketball for several years and yes we saw the many other brands of seats out there but none compared to these and so we waited. Final we were at the Hardwood Palce in Sacramento Ca and spoted some other folks over 49 years old and got to seat down on one, well that's all it took,these chairs are made of steel square tubeing wraped with canvas and the seat has bungee cords woven under the seat for comfort,because it's made out of steel the back gives you the support need in your upper and lower back the bungee cords give you the softness you want on your bottom. After the game was over we went out and bought two of them, when our daughter tried them. She to recieved one for her birthday and threw that old boat cushion style in the lake. To say we love them is right, you won't be sorry and your back and legs will thank you. the only con is that there are a little heavy when you carry two of them but that's because they are so well built it will be last chair you will ever have to buy and well worth the investment!! I purchased one of these in March 2017 for my wife as a birthday present. After a month of watching her relax in comfort while I was dying on the bleachers on my old fold up chair, I bought one for myself too. These chairs are fantastic. Sturdy metal. Strong canvas. Hook underneath to secure chair to bleachers. Canvas does not slide off of chair back as some others do as there is a set screw securing cancas. Folds flat to about 4". Possibly heavier than oher chairs but these are metal (heavy duty) not garbage, flimsy tin can aluminum. We have used these now for several months, about 3 days a week for little league baseball. I have accidentally left them in the back of my truck in the rain and for several days at a stretch in the Florida heat and sun. They are holding up wonderfully. Honestly, they are still good as new. Amazing product.
