Great tape for bunions!!
This tape WORKS. I have bunions on both feet and this is the only tape brand I have used that actually lasts throughout a day and maintains a fair amount of resistance to hold the original position you set (kt tape i'm looking at u with the evil eye). It is very sticky and even allows for realignment when you first place the tape - but will not lose its stickiness upon getting wet/sweaty (note: but it may lose a bit of its resistance). Highly recommend!

Different than any other kinesis tape
I swear by rock tape. It cured my plantar fascitis. My knees back shoulder, it's got to be rock tape. I recently hurt my shoulder at work and the physical therapist at work wants to use their stuff. I ended up getting a rash from their glue. Nope, I'll bring my own. Don't care if there is is free I want my Rock Tape.

Great Tape
Functional: Holds better than other tapes I have used. Stickiness: I can even re-use it after a shower. Durability: It does not fray so much or as quickly as other tapes. Value: It costs no more than the others I have used. Color: blends into my very white skin nicely.

Great at first-eventually caused skin irritation.
I’ve been using this product on my stomach. I have diastasis recti from past pregnancies and was looking for help keeping it from worsening during this pregnancy. It worked wonderfully for about 2 months—typically stayed on 5 days per application, great support, very comfortable. But the last few applications have irritated my skin to the point of causing blisters. I don’t have sensitive skin or allergies-perhaps it’s the pregnancy hormones? I’m now trying to find a more gentle kinesiotape to use instead to get me through the last few months.

This stuff is amazing!! My chiropractor recommended it for a torn Achilles tendon. I thought there was no way a piece of tape would make a difference, but I was desperate enough to give it a try. I was in constant pain and limping so badly I threw my lower back out. The foot doctor told me to immobilize it for 6-8 weeks and if the rest didn't work, we could look at surgery. Well, I cannot afford to not work (my job is physical) or pay for expensive surgery and the therapy he told me I would need to recover from surgery. My chiropractor told me to massage the area, alternate ice and heat, and try this tape. As soon as I put the tape on like the enclosed poster descibed, my pain subsided significantly. By the end of the day I was no longer limping. Are you kidding me? It was that simple all along? The tape is easy to apply, stays put, and I don't really notice it's there other than the relief. It's pricey, so I tried some J&J Coaches tape - much cheaper, but stiff and did not stay put at all. Rocktape is worth the money for sure!

Too difficult to handle & put on
Couldn’t put it on right. Then it kept peeling off at the ends. Rather have Velcro closing. Better yet, wrap gauze bandage around knee for support.

The most spectacular Physical Therapy tape made
I’ve tried to write this review three times and Amazon kicks it out so I can’t really tell you how wonderful this is. It takes away pain the moment you put it on I’m not AI. I’m not a bot. I’m not a paid reviewer, but I’d like you to know that this really works for SI joint pain. It lasts up to five days for me if I shower rather than take a bath.

Rock tape
Very easy to use and stays in place as long as you wipe the area with alcohol wipe to make sure there are no oils or lotions on the skin. It really helps my knee
