Helly Hansen footwear is covered up to one year against defects in materials and workmanship. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear on the product. About Helly Hansen One of the most well known outdoor gear makers around, Helly Hansen was first established in 1877 when Norwegian captain Helly Juell and his wife Maren Margarethe started making oilskin jackets, trousers, sou'westers, and tarpaulins, made from coarse linen soaked in linseed oil. Their products' unusual durability and weather protection quickly caught on. The company won a diploma for excellence at the 1878 Paris Expo, and began exporting its products. Over the course of the 20th century, Helly Hansen led the way in innovating outdoor apparel technologies: 1949: Helox, a thin sheet of translucent PVC plastic sewn into waterproof coats, took over for oil-based outerwear and became the industry standard. 1961: Fiberpile, the original fleece, was first introduced. This new insulation layer was warm, lightweight, and -- most unusually for the time -- quick-drying. 1970s: LIFA fiber was developed to keep the skin dry and warm by wicking moisture away from the body. This unique base layer is still used in the company's product line to this day. 1980: Helly Tech hydrophilic, microporous materials were introduced, bringing waterproof breathability to the outdoor garment market. Today, Helly Hansen gear is used by elite competitive sailors, skiers, and outdoor adventurers, as well as those who simply appreciate being protected from the elements when weather's at its worst.

Great looking Helly Hansen hat
I had a Helly Hanson hat 20 years ago and a friend borrowed it and I pretty much forgot about it. So this hat fits great and it's nice to have a navy blue Helly Hansen hat again

This is the only hat I'll ever use for tennis. I have no interest in 99% of Helly Hansen's stuff, but this hat is exceptional. I have 87 (give or take) white caps for the game, and this is the one I use - I bought three last time, knowing full well that bleaching them runs 'em ragged, and i did not want to be caught without one! Really. Not kidding and not satire. They rule.

I wear a 7 1/4 fitted hat and have a shallow brain pan I guess. This hat was still a bit deep for being billed as low profile, rode down the back, and interfered with my glasses. I hope it will shrink a little in the wash. Nevertheless, the navy-on-navy is handsome. It's in China.

A normal fitting Helly Cap for ADULTS
This Helly cap fits like a normal baseball cap for adults. There is another Helly cap they sell but it is too small, so get this one.

Adjustment Tab Does Not Work
The media could not be loaded. Pros: Nice, high quality 100% cotton fabric. Nice Color Black.Cons: The adjustment tab will not hold. Once you place it on your head and adjust to lock, it immediately pops open. It will not stay secure. The bill is unevenly curved. The embroidery on the front has imperfections. I've owned several Helly Hansen Ball Caps that I purchased in brick and mortar stores and have never had issues with the the tabs or imperfections in the material. I've compared this hat side by side with my other hats and the silver tab is made of a different material than my older hats. The current one is flimsy. The hat is useless if it won't stay on.
