My mom has tried many brands and it has been a challenge to find a size that fit her comfortably. These pull ups have more coverage, less leaks, and are a great price. They fit more like traditional briefs. Most brands of adult pull ups are made with such long slim crotches that if you get one large enough to be truly comfortable around the waist you’ll end up with such a long, saggy crotch that leaks are inevitable.

Last year we would’ve given these incontinent briefs five stars. However, lately we have some that are coming apart, where the crotch pad adheres to the rest of the brief. I have not yet contacted the seller about this and am hoping it is just a few instances.

All of the commercial sizes run small. These fit nicely but I did go up a size. The aides at the nursing home are thrilled with the comfort of putting them on. I feel more comfortable and can pull them up myself also. I do not have accidents so I don't really know about the absorbency but feel confident when I am wearing them each day.

Bought for my grandma, who is a large lady, and she refuses to wear anything else. They fit her great and don't typically leak if she has an accident (has only leaked, MAYBE twice), unlike other brands that would soak her when she stood up. They arrived very quick, which was great because she only had a few left in the pack she had.
