My wife bought this book for a class. She will most definitely pass that class.
I didn’t buy this book, my wife did, for a class she is taking. While she attends said class, I’ve been tasked with extra duties. Picking up our daughter from daycare, watching her, by myself, for many hours, feeding her nutritious meals, entertaining and educating her, bath time, minimizing tv time, and generally taking care of her well being. I’ve always been in charge of dishes and laundry and trash, and such duties continue as well. The extra responsibilities I’ve encumbered were agreed upon with a simple, short conversation. Aside from the pride of being a helpful, supportive husband and father, I didn’t get much else out of this deal.I plan to read the book when she’s done. Once, she made special bacon for us. Thick cut with spices and brown sugar and it was the best I’ve ever had. She only made it that one time.I hope the book offers me the negotiating skills to get her to cook that bacon again. If not, I’m hoping for an extra side of bacon with breakfast and maybe a BLT for lunch. She’s much smarter than me, so it may end up being a pipe dream, but I’m still going to give it the old college try.If your wife buys this book, well, buckle up buddy. Your day to day is about to change.

Clear, concise, and immensely instructive
This is my favorite book thus far on negotiations. It is clearly written, succinct and yet clear, and covers all aspects one ought to consider when doing anything related to negotiations. HIGHLY recommend! Brilliantly written and organized, and easy to read, understand, and assimilate into knowing.

Good read
Great read if you are a negotiator. This was a requirement for my Doctorate in Executive Leadership. I actually enjoyed it. Way cheaper than the school offered.

It is a good read with excellent illustrations of the concepts being taught
Lewicki's work was a required textbook for a gradate course that I'm taking this summer (2016). It is a good read with excellent illustrations of the concepts being taught. As far as textbooks go, the scholars who wrote the book are also practitioners in the art of negotiation and conflict resolution.

Poor condition pages are missing
Poor condition and the pages are falling off the binding. Poor quality and VERY disappointing that I paid $89.00 for a textbook that is required for school that is not new. Unable to turn the pages without the pages falling apart.
