A really good product

Used for music, telephone calls, and travel noise cancelling. First off, seller was excellent. First class service. Quickly responded and was very helpful with questions or concerns, 5 starts to Beach Camera. Sony product is easy and well made. Excellent battery life. Multiple sized ear pieces are nice. Stays securely in ear. Sound quality for music has nice equalizer to adjust to taste. App for controlling, monitoring, and adjusting was very easy to use. Only con is ability to control background noise during phone calls with regards to the person on the other end of the call. I could hear them perfectly, but they heard a large amount of actual ambient noise. Microphone seems to pick up too much above users own voice. I am new to product so it may turn out to be an adjustment via app to fix. Will check out settings to see if this just user error, or a limitation and update review.

Right earbud stopped working in a few days. Tried all the tips in support section and talked with the customer support. Returned the item. Probably just defective batch, but I expected more from high-end device. Also wasn't impressed with noise cancellation vs my $60 noname earbuds

These have a static in them and even in the replacement buds, we returned both. They did not have great sound quality as expected to be near 300 dollars. ( The issues that have been noted in this review referred to the call quality. The sound of the music is superb with these Sony earbuds The noise cancellation is top notch. Repeated issues with calls which I just cannot have . So to reiterate all of these issues are referring to the call quality Not music or video sound quality which is excellent.)

I did a lot of research on true wireless earbuds. These are hands down the best value for the money - especially considering they throw in the power bank charger and adapter. The sound is perfect and the noise-canceling works great! I get 4-6 hours of listening with noise-canceling on and can recharge 3-4 times with the case. The only minor nit is if you sweat a lot or spend time in the rain these are not for you as they are not very water-resistant.

I can't tell the difference between noise cancellation on vs off. If anything, the "noise cancellation" adds a faint amount of background noise that you can only hear in a very quiet environment. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to cancel any noise. I have used another brand of bluetooth earbuds for years, and these have far more background noise because of a more open design. I now just use them for working from home in my apartment. They are useless for walking around a noisy city, especially when there is moderate wind.

This was a gift for my Brother, he loved it!

Excellent sound quality and better-than-expected noise isolation/cancellation. I never knew how wonderful this feature could be until I used them on a flight. Software is a bit finicky but has been continuously improved. Maintains a good Bluetooth connection and plays audio in synch with video.
